The senior management and administration is in the hands of a Governing Board, composed of nine governors who have the requirements set in article 4 of Law 19.346. The following persons currently compose the Governing Board:

Judicial Prosecutor of the Supreme Court.
Sr. Pedro Caro Romero
Justice of the Court of Appeals of Rancagua, chosen in single voting, by the second category officials of the First Level of the Judiciary.
Sr. José Delgado Ahumada
Justice of Court of Appeals of Arica. Representative of the National Association of Magistrates.
Sra. Carmen Domínguez Hidalgo
Academic, appointed by the President of the Republic, with the approval of the Senate.
Sr. Gonzalo Berríos Díaz
Academic, appointed by the President of the Republic, with the approval of the Senate.
Sra. Carolina Araya López
Representative of the presidents of professional unions of lawyers in the country.
